Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Package Your Items
Place the original items in secure packaging, ensuring all original tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
